Cells journal collaboration
We are pleased to announce our collaboration with the journal Cells, which is sponsoring poster prizes for our Paris meeting.
Society members: Members of our society will receive a discount on publishing fees upon submission of a code obtainable from intcelldeathsoc@gmail.com.
Cells (ISSN 2073-4409) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal which provides an advanced forum for studies related to cell biology, molecular biology, and biophysics. It publishes reviews, research articles, communications, and technical notes.
Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided.

• Open Access: Free for readers; APC covered by authors or institutions.
• Indexing: Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), PubMed, MEDLINE, PMC,
CAPlus/SciFinder, and other databases.
• Impact: Impact Factor (2024)-5.2, JCR-Q2 (Cell Biology); CiteScore (2024)-10.5,
Q1 (General Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology).
• Rapid Publication: manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision is provided to
authors approximately 15.5 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken
in 2.8 days (median values for papers published in this journal in the second half of 2025).
